My name is Eldarada R. Searcy, and I am a Registered Professional Nurse with nearly two decades of expertise. I hold a master's degree in nursing and I am a well-rounded professional nurse leader and advocate who is familiar with the complexities of the healthcare delivery system as well as the challenges encountered by many patients and their families when unforeseen circumstances emerge. This is why I am passionate about quality care, and it is my lifelong goal to improve outcomes through patient advocacy. When I founded InDepth Health and Education Services, Inc., I did it with the premise that patients, providers, care managers, and fellow nurses all want professionals who can bridge that gap and advocate for the patient's best interests.

My name is Jules Harvey Tan, and I am the Business Office Manager of Indepth Patient Advocates. I studied for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Laguna State Polytechnic University. I am working on the Indepth Team as a back-end person who handles the client data, editing stuff, and other back-end work for Indepth. I am glad to work with this organization because I see how they care and are passionate about helping others, especially Ms. Eldarada, the founder of the Indepth As a member of Indepth, I will do my best to provide the best services I can to the organization and the clients who are part of Indepth.

I am Maria Regina Aljama-Tan, "Maria", the Administrative Specialist of InDepth Patient Advocates. I graduated last August 2020 with a course of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Laguna State Polytechnic University - Santa Cruz Main Campus. I am beyond grateful and blessed to work with such a wonderful Chief Patient Advocate & Founder of InDepth Patient Advocates; Ms Eldarada Searcy. I have known her since September 2022 and she's been so kind, appreciative and most importantly, very passionate about Patient Advocacy; the reason why I love working with her and with the company.
